We let mother nature freeze some of our harvested apples during the cold month of January 2015. We then pressed out the sweet juice and fermented it creating our own version of an Iced Apple Wine. Smooth, rich and sweet, it is great as a dessert or pairs well with cheese.
We use our Lemberger Red Wine for this smooth and tasteful treat. Sweetened and fortified with apple spirits from Apple Country Spirits also located in Williamson. Just a little smoother than the Sommer Solstice but still a unique sipping experience. Approximate 6% residual sugar and 20% alcohol content.
